Membersihkan cetakan pie PDF Print E-mail

tips masakCetakan pie, apalagi yg kecil2, pastinya ribet pas harus nyucinya. Wong bentuknya bergelombang gitu kan? Tapi ada caranya supaya cetakan pie kita bisa bersih and nggak karatan. Gimana? ini dia caranya...

Naaah, setelah dipakai, pasti cetakannya berminyak kan?

Langkah pertama:
Kumpulkan semua cetakan yg sudah dipakai  kedalam baskom atau ember bersih, lalu tuangi air panas mendidih hingga semua cetakan terendam air panas. Maksudnya ya supaya si minyak ataupun bekas mentega yg nempel bisa 'rontok'.
Setelah kira2 15 menit buang air panasnya.

Langkah kedua:
Masukkan air hangat, tuangi sabun cuci piring cair, kocok2 hingga berbusa and mulailah dibersihin satu persatu. Setelah itu bilas dengan air bersih.

Langkah ketiga:
Ini supaya cetakan kita nggak jamuran or karatan, JEMUR dibawah matahari biar bener2 kering! Kalo misalnya lagi musim hujan kayak gini, ada cara yg lebih praktis. Nyalain oven, 'panggang' sebentar tuh cetakan2 yg udah dicuci. Hasilnya, cetakan2 kita bakalan kering dengan sukses.. :-))

Gampang kan?
Kalo cetakan kita awet, kan jadinya kita bisa berhemat, nggak perlu bolak-balik beli cetakan toh? :-))
