ImageGitu kata Ailsa waktu pesen DCC ini. Huhuhuhu..DCC dengan dominan warna merah? let's try...

Dan ternyata sodara-sodara, nggak gampang buat dapetin warna merah ngejreng..hiks..
Biar kata udah pake pewarna wilton, juga, end up-nya jadi pink. Kalo buttercream kan katanya kudu diinepin dulu supaya warna merahnya keluar, nah kalo warna untuk coklat? gimana dong?
Ada yg punya pengalaman kali, bikin warna merah gonjreng untuk coklat putih?
*aneh ya, udahnya coklat, warnanya putih, dimerahin pula..huhuhuhu...-garing-*

Maka, aku berusaha bikin cake ini tampak merah, karena konon si penerima cake ini pecinta warna merah. Yang kepikiran pertama tentunya, strawberry! Yoi, strawberry emang gak ada matinya dipadankan ama cake coklat.. hehehehe

So, cake yg dipake adalah DCC andalan, dikasih filling ganache coklat, trus aku siram pake coklat leleh. Nah disini nih masalahnya. Warna merah gak bisa didapat sempurna, akhirnya aku bikin motif polkadot, yg mana end upnya jadi motif meteor karena bulet2 merahnya jadi ada ekornya pas ditumpuk ama coklat putih..huhuhu
Atasnya dikasih topping strawberry and ditabur coklat serut disekelilingnya. Syedaaap!

Trus, setelah dikasih coklat pagar motif meteor tadi, aku bungkus pake pita warna merah deh!
Tampak merah kan? Hehehehehe....

Syukurlah trus dapat laporan kalo cake-nya enak dan disertai pesan kalo bulan depan mau order lagi! Asyiiik!
